We do not allow order cancellation once it is placed and processed.

 

Return Policy

  • We specialise in handcrafted products that require a lot of effort and time to make. Also, we conduct a thorough quality check on all orders prior to shipping. Therefore, we do not accept any returns except for damaged pieces.
  • If, by any chance, you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order by sending an email to hello@twentyesecondmay.com or drop a message on 95122 59696. Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return in the mail.
  • Upon receiving the request, our customer service team will verify the details provided.
  • Once the return request has been confirmed, you must ensure that the product is returned within three business working days from the date of the initial request.
    • If the return product is not received within the specified timeframe, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to consider the return request.
    • Failure to meet the return timeframe may result in the request being declined, and you will be responsible for retaining the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping unless otherwise stated in our return policy.
    • We recommend using a reputable shipping service that provides tracking information to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the returned product.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Refund will be issued in the form of a credit note for the original price of the product.
  • The discounted/sale items cannot be returned.
  • Customised clothing, including items with embroidery, alterations or other customisation, cannot be returned.
  • Please note that the actual colour of the clothes may differ from the colour depicted in the picture. Hence, we cannot accept returns based solely on differences in colour between the product received and the picture displayed on our website.
  • The final decision regarding the return request will be made by the company.
