Exchange Policy

  • Clothing will be exchanged only if the product is delivered damaged or the size is not the desired one.
  • The exchange request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to or drop a message on 95122 59696. Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return in the mail.
  • Upon receiving the request, our customer service team will verify the details provided.
  • If the exchange is confirmed, we will initiate the appropriate resolution, which may include a credit note or an exchange as per our standard procedures.
  • Once the exchange request has been confirmed, you must ensure that the product is returned within three business working days from the date of the initial request.
    • If the exchange product is not received within the specified timeframe, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to consider the exchange request.
    • Failure to meet the exchange timeframe may result in the request being declined, and you will be responsible for retaining the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • If the product is found to be in a used or damaged condition, the exchange request will be rejected.
  • Refunds will not be provided for exchanged products, only exchanges will be processed.
  • The exchange will only be done for the same product and colour. If the requested size is not available, the customer can choose an alternative product of the same value.
  • The actual colour of the clothes may differ from the colour depicted in the picture. Hence, we cannot accept exchanges based solely on differences in colour between the product received and the picture displayed on our website.
  • Customised clothing, including items with embroidery, alterations or other customisation, cannot be exchanged.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for the exchange, unless the product is damaged.
  • An exchanged piece cannot be exchanged again.
The final decision regarding the exchange request will be made by the company.
